These Terms and Conditions govern the customs fees and duties associated with purchasing products from Offkut Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please carefully read and understand the following information before making a purchase.

EU

Product prices are exclusive of tax. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. Orders over £150 are subject to higher duties so it is recommended to make seperate orders of individual items for cheaper shipping and duties.

We are registered with the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

For EU orders with an intrinsic value of €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme. This means you should not be charged additional import VAT on delivery for eligible orders. The £3 duties charge is included in the shipping price.

For EU orders over €150, VAT and Duties are also collected at checkout where applicable. These orders are processed outside the IOSS scheme and are imported using the standard customs process. If your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, we will cover any applicable import VAT and customs duties, so you should not have to pay additional charges on delivery.

Please note that customs authorities may occasionally require additional checks or documentation, which can result in delays outside of our control.

USA

Applicable taxes and duties will be charged at checkout. Guaranteed no additional charges on delivery.  Product prices are exclusive of tax.

Rest of the World

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Estimation: The estimation of customs fees and duties may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country. We do not provide exact figures for these fees. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office or relevant authorities for accurate information.

Delays: Customs processing can cause delays in the delivery of your order. We have no control over these processes, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please consider this when placing an order.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and other necessary details. Any inaccuracies in this information may result in customs clearance issues and additional charges.

Customs Declaration: We will accurately declare the contents and value of your shipment on the required customs documentation. Falsifying this information is illegal and can lead to severe consequences.

Unpaid Customs Fees: In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to Offkut Studio Ltd or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to customs issues and is returned to Offkut Studio Ltd, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and any customs-related fees we may incur.

Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with the customs laws and regulations of your country. Offkut Studio Ltd is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.
