Shipping policy

All orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on weight & location of the order.

For UK addresses, delivery is £5.75.

For International addresses, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping country.

Delivery Time

Delivery to UK addresses takes approximately 1-3 working days once dispatched.

Delivery to international addresses can take 4-18 days depending on the destination country.

Customers will receive an email with tracking information to track the location of their order.

Customs

Taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. This cost is not included in the price of the products or shipping and must be paid by the customer.

Offkut Studio Ltd has no control over the cost of taxes and duties. Before placing your order, we encourage you to research the import taxes and duties charges in your delivery destination.

In the event that the parcel is returned to Offkut Studio Ltd due to the customer’s refusal to pay the customs and duties charges, we will not provide a on the shipping and any other fees incurred. We will be in touch to arrange re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Offkut Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels and will not send a replacement or process a refund. Please email us if your order is taking longer than expected so we can investigate further and find a solution

Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address entered at checkout

If the postal service note on tracking that the parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address please alert us so we can actively look out for its return. Postal addresses are pulled directly from information the customer enters at checkout so you are encouraged to double check the address. The customer will be liable if the parcel is deemed lost in transit. Once it is returned to us we can resend it to the correct address at the usual shipping fee, covered by the customer. If the parcel is lost in transit whilst returning to sender we are not able to send a replacement or process a refund until investigated further.
